Thinking positive makes ageless

During the study period, those in the group who are optimistic risk die from the disease dropped 29 percent. In particular, the risk of dying from infectious diseases fell 52 percent, and stroke dropped 39 percent.

Even after health factors such as depression and a healthy lifestyle are taken into account, it turns out they were optimistic still have a greater chance of a long life.
